What are good ideas for memorable dates?

Im trying to think of a very special / fun to be with my girlfriend. The I took her to the movies, mini-golf-restarauts, shopping (not really a date, but said it), smoothies, etc. Where are the places that are actually good for carrying a girl? Furthermore, very good things we can do what will benefit? If you can, please give a description of the most memorable dates. Thanks beforehand.

Well, I propose an option for a memorable day, if you are able to drive when you pull up to the restaurant, so they whip, you will never forget.
