Golfing Attire For Women

Is this "no white shoes after Labor Day" applies to golf courses?

I'm new and I wonder golf clothing brand. I noticed that a lot of golf shoes for women are white or white are for the most part. Is it a sports shoes and if the target is a fine, or I have to change shoes for fall. Please site reference if possible. Thanks?

no labeling as in Golf Wear, only some restrictions on the way for players to field pants (shirt with collar, trousers or pants, shorts, only a certain length of jeans … do not usually necessary for certain courses … actually require you to be "back" too), but in colors … anything goes, no seasonal restrictions …
