“Pretty Woman” spoof?

I remember seeing this little video spoof years ago, perhaps on Showtime. Two film execs are talking, and one pitches an idea to him, about a film called “Pretty Woman.” “So a rich guy, awkward with women, goes to his high school reunion, hires a hooker for the weekend, gets it on, roll credits.” The other guy is unconvinced. “Can’t they fall in love, or can she be a hooker with a heart of golf?” “Nope,” says the first guy, “She’s just a w—-. Just a dirty, stinking w—–.” It was hilarious, but this was pre-Tivo, and I’ve always wondered who made this. Anyone remember it?
The spoof wasn’t a full blown movie, it was a short — maybe 2 minutes.
