Golf Scoring Terms

In golf, there is a deadline for any even or under par on every hole?

I'm not just talking about a total score under par, I mean the achievement of never going more into a hole. So this may mean that all the holes under par at all, or a combination. How would you describe it?

I referred to him as a bogey-free country, there is no particular name.
