We carefully examine our niche of a marketing standpoint and monetary policy. We sell a certain section of the population to maximize our marketing efforts and cost. And the people we choose as our market niche affect us much. A well-chosen niche has its own demographics, vocabulary, attitude, behavior, interests, needs, desires and ideas. We chose this market if they are smart, because these are the people who want to associate with daily, and they correspond to our products or services and our temperament.

Corresponding part of the population that customer is important to establish the relationships necessary to build a relationship. Obviously, if you are a blonde 50 year old white English speaking trying to market a hair product for girls, the Spanish language, curly hair of the young rappers street – you have a problem. The images that come to mind (think Cloris Leachman wigs, chains and chewing gum), while humorous, does not lead to success.

When you face a potential client, how they affected? Did you adjust your posture – stand up straight and relax in the mirror of your attitude? All the concept of "mirror" the information needs of customers and reflect on them – the opposite effect that we use daily.

Do you use the language to indicate their understanding of some mutual interests – cars, fashion or golf slang, or trading stories of their children? Have you ever found yourself adopting a position similar to a case or trying to "fudge" their way through a conversation when I was not very comfortable with the subject? These have a reverse effect on you at work.

We are part of the equation. While math, I learned that "=" sign in an equation means two sides balanced. This is roughly equivalent to what happens in a sale. Customer needs and wants is balanced by the products and service providers. The two sides have their advantages and are affected by the operation. I invite you to spend some time thinking about this influence in turn, how we feel and how it affects you.

10 ways to use this information:

  1. Make your fate to someone that I love you and have a common interest. His influence will strengthen its inverse relationship.
