What’s the +/- sign in fantasy golf for in the rankings window or list?

I’m just so new to this… Thank you…

it’s the number of positions in the overall standings that you have gained or lost so basically before the season started everyone had a +/- of zero and then as the rounds happen you gain or lose positions in the standings based on how your selections did against everyone elses
