Wow, good question. Football (soccer) is really sport in the world, and everything else far behind. As for the second, probably basketball. Look at all the major NBA players around the world: Canada, Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, Australia ….. all continents are represented. The same goes for tennis and golf, I suppose, but these are individual sports, not team sports.
