the rules with yahoo fantasy golf?

I tried to go to my roster last night (10:00PM eastern time) 1-24-07 and tried to pick my players for the yahoo fantasy golf and it wouldn’t let me in to pick my players. What is the rule and deadline on this. I saw something last week about the deadline is 2:00 am eastern time. Please let me know so I will be aware next week…….mark smith
